"Yitgadal veyitkadach shme raba....May His Name be blessed and magnified...." whispered my father.(Wiesel 42)
This quote is expressing the emotions that are felt for the Jews. By silently praying, you can tell that some Jews still had faith. Faith is what keeps many of the Jews from falling apart and giving up all hope. If I was in the father's place, I would be doing the same thing. I would still be faithful and strong even though it was a harsh time period.
"Strip! Fast! Los! Keep only your belts and shoes in your hands...."(Wiesel 43)
Just by reading this statement, you can already sense how cruel and harsh the Germans were towards the Jews. They treated the Jews like animals, practically not humans just because of their religion. Its sad to think that this all actually happened to people just like us.
I like your quotes and how deeply you thought about them! I think your suppose to put a period after (Wiesel *Page Number*). Other then that, I found nothing wrong! Good Job!
